Mr. Megginson has over 40 years of proven experience in leadership positions in both domestic and international projects. He successfully managed the development of several large-scale international energy projects while working for two of the oil majors, Chevron and Texaco. After leaving ChevronTexaco in 2003 as General Manager Project Commercialization for Chevron Worldwide Power & Gasification, Mr. Megginson established his own consulting company, where he has provided assistance to his clients from the initial feasibility analysis to the later development of domestic and international energy projects. Through his extensive network of contacts within the energy industry, Mr. Megginson can bring together a complete team of personnel, with all of the requisite skill-sets, to ensure his clients have the best opportunity for success in their projects. His most recent assignments have been with National BioEnergy LLC focused on clean, affordable biofuels for the domestic USA markets and with several Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Projects, including the Jamaica LNG import project and the Magnolia LNG export project located in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
